Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum age for admission is 17 years on or before 31st December of the admission.
- The maximum age limit for admission is 35 years for Unreserved (UR), OBC, EWS, SC and ST, however the maximum age for candidates with Physical Disability (PD/PWD) will be 40 years. (As per INC regulation).
- Candidates with Science who have passed qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) taken together and passed in English individually from any recognized board.
- In respect of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC the marks obtained in 3 core subjects shall be 40% instead of 45% for General Category candidates.
- English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission in B.Sc. Nursing.
- Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by central government having Science subjects and English only.
- Candidates must have cleared 10th and 12th standard with at least 50 percent passing marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidates should have opted for English as their subject in Class 12th.
- Aspirants must get a certificate in (General Nursing Midwifery) GNM and register themselves as (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) RNRM from the state nurses registered council.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years old.
The selection of candidates will be subject to medical fitness. No selected candidate will be permitted to join the course unless declared medically fit by the Medical Board.
