Grievance Redressal Committee
Introduction
The Grievance redressal platform involves members who are committed to ensuring equal opportunity, justice and impartial treatment in all aspects concerning education. It also serves as a mechanism to monitor that the employees and the students do not face work harassment.
AIMS
The Grievance procedure desires to promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment among faculty and the students.
Objectives

To support, those students and faculty who have been deprived of the services offered by the College, for which he/she is entitled.

To make officials of the College responsive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students and faculty.

To create a zero tolerant workplace violence

Ensure effective solution to the students and faculty grievances with an impartial and fair approach.

To implement corrective disciplinary measures and address the grievance appropriately within the stipulated time.

To implement awareness programs for gender sensitization, antI-ragging and workplace violence.
